Grim Reefer draft

A friend of mine, who was in the Navy, had me draft this for him because he once, accidentally, reefed his ship. Since then he had the moniker, The Grim Reefer. So I mixed the ideas of The Reaper with some naval signatures; seaweed, trident, naval uniform. Next time: the full image.
